Ten minutes. Provide your EIN, one HR contact for employment verification, one payroll contact for deductions. Sign the Supporting Employer Agreement. Your employees can apply the same day.

HR clicks confirm. VIGA approves and disburses funds to the employee within 48 hours. Your payroll contact receives a deduction memo — reference code, exact amount per cycle, start date, and VIGA ACH details.

Enter the deduction in your payroll system exactly like a 401(k) line — ADP, Paychex, Workday, Gusto, any system you use. On pay day, send a batch ACH to VIGA. That is your entire recurring obligation.
