VIGA Inc.
VIGA Inc. is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation (CA Entity No. B20260217489, EIN 42-2401101), recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a federally tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity, and in good standing with the California Secretary of State, the California Franchise Tax Board, and the California Attorney General’s Registry of Charitable Trusts.
Our history.
VIGA was originally incubated as a charitable program of Umanoorg, an established California 501(c)(3) public charity, under the fictitious business name (DBA) “VIGA.” VIGA Inc. has since received its own federal 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS and now operates independently, with full continuity of its mission and operations.
For Donors
Donations to support VIGA may be made directly to VIGA Inc., which is federally exempt under IRC §501(c)(3) (EIN 42-2401101), and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Tax-deductible today
A contribution to VIGA Inc. is fully tax-deductible today under VIGA’s own 501(c)(3) determination.
Receipts & acknowledgment
Donation receipts are issued under VIGA Inc.’s name and EIN (42-2401101) for your tax records.
